GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales of products concluded between the company Elkano Capital , operating the Miami Social Club website , and any natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter "the Client"), via the website.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are physical goods , primarily eyewear. Essential characteristics are described on each product page. Photographs are not contractually binding.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Order
The order is validated when the Customer:

proceeds with the payment.
All orders imply acceptance of the Terms and Conditions without restriction or reservation.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately and in full upon ordering. Accepted payment methods:

Article 7 – Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days . Carriers: Chronopost, Colissimo, DHL. Delivery costs vary and are shown before order confirmation.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs are covered by the seller . Products must be returned in their original condition.
Article 9 – Reimbursement
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used for the order.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees
The products benefit from:

of the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)

Article 11 – Liability
The seller cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the products or force majeure.

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law . In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
