Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days , subject to product availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following working day.
Delivery methods
We offer secure delivery via recognized carriers.
Delivery times generally vary between 2 and 5 working days depending on the destination.
A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery zones
We deliver to mainland France as well as to certain international countries.
Shipping is free in France. For other destinations, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Optical frames and corrective lenses
Optical frames are sold without corrective lenses.
Have your prescription lenses fitted by your own optician.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
The products must:
- must be new and unworn
- must be returned in their original packaging
- show no signs of use
