RETURNS & REFUNDS

Miami Social Club
At Miami Social Club, we want to guarantee a simple and transparent shopping experience.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
be new, unused
be returned in its original packaging
be accompanied by all its accessories
Any damaged, incomplete or used product will not be refunded.

Return shipping
costs are covered by Miami Social Club.
After your request is approved, return instructions will be sent to you by email.

Refund:
Once the product has been returned and inspected,
the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days
and will be issued via the original payment method.

Non-returnable products
Except for defects or delivery errors, certain personalized products or products subject to hygiene rules may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the law.

Defective product or order error
In the event of a defective product or an incorrect order, the customer is invited to contact customer service as soon as possible so that a suitable solution can be provided (exchange or refund).
